We inform you about our check in & out policy:

• from monday to friday from 10.00 am to 18.00 pm (no aditional cost)
• weekends and bank holidays from 10.00 am to 18.00 pm there is an aditional cost: 100€ (to pay at arrival)
• from monday to sunday from 18.00 pm to 22.00 pm there is an aditional cost: 150€ (to pay at arrival)
• from monday to sunday from 22.00 pm to 24.00 pm there is an aditional cost: 200€ (to pay at arrival)

** PAYMENT POLICY:

• A credit card is required as a deposit to cover possible damages caused to the apartment during the stay of the client.
• For bookings within 30 days prior arrival a deposit of 50% of the total amount of rent is requested. 
•  Between 29 days and 7 days prior arrival the amount of 100% of the total agreed upon by the rental of the apartment is requested to guarantee the reservation. 
• The default date will be considered an automatic cancellation of the reservation and entail loss of money paid to date.
