An initial payment of 555€ is required to become a La Quinta Connect Cardholder. This amount (less 5€ administration cost) will be credited to the cardholders account. Each round or buggy hire will be charged to the account at the prevailing rate as set out at the beginning of each fiscal year.
The card is valid for one year at the date of joining and a minimum spend of 555€ (or equivalent to the initial payment) is required within the year for the card to remain active. At the end of each year any remaining credit from the initial payment shall be debited from the account and retained by La Quinta Country Club.
Should the cardholders account require additional funds then he/she may choose to top-up their card by minimum denominations of 200€.
The card is non-transferable and must only be used by the named individual/cardholder to whom the card has been issued. All applicants must produce original photographic identification prior to issue.
A cardholder may invite up to 3 guests who must be accompanied by the cardholder to benefit from La Quinta Connect preferential rates. All green fees and/or buggies will be charged to the cardholders account.
If the card is lost, stolen or damaged, the cardholder must notify La Quinta Golf and Country Club immediately. Any card replacement will be charged at 5€ administration cost.
The La Quinta Connect Card may be used seven days a week except during La Quinta Golf Club Members reserved times ( daily 8am - 10am) and subject to availability.
Tee time cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to play. In the event of poor weather conditions tee times may be cancelled on the day, 2 hours prior to the booking. Failure to properly notify the club will result in the full amount of the booking being charged directly to the card holder.
In the event of adverse weather conditions and the subsequent closure of the course by La Quinta Golf & Country Club, cardholders will not be charged for any bookings on the day.
La Quinta Golf and Country Club reserve the right to refuse any application and withdraw cardholder privileges and benefits to any individual who does not adhere to or respect these terms and conditions, and/or the rules and regulations of La Quinta Golf and Country Club.
Incorrect information or any misuse of the La Quinta Connect Card will result in the cancellation of the card and the loss of any remaining credit.
La Quinta Golf and Country Club reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
