Key Holder Information

The most secure way to have access to your key all the time. This service will allow you to have an extra set of keys at your disposal in office hours, in case you loose or forget them. As well as, carrying out any technical or cleaning services you may want in your absence. Keys are stored in a safe deposit box 24 hours connected to a computer system. This service also enables us, with your previous written permission; to deliver the keys to your friends and family or other external companies who need access to your apartment.

The Key Bank is permanently connected to a computer system. As the security key ring holds all the information about the key in the internal memory, there is no way  of identifying the apartment it belongs to in case of loss or theft.

Our commitment to give you the key or the person you assign, as well as, any additional services that require the supervision or accompaniment of any company that would need to have access to your residence.

Having access to your key will allow us to act promptly in the case of any eventuality that may happen in your residence, such as, flooding, electrical problem, etc.

The key holding is the key that will open the door to many of our services, having you home ready at your arrival, with nothing to worry about.

With an annual cost of 130 € (VAT not included) it is an economic and reliable way of having access to the key of your residence at all times.
