The origins of La Quinta Group Real Estate dates back to the end of eighties, when Tomás Pascual, founder of the prestigious group Leche Pascual, acquired some plots of land to build a golf course in Marbella (Málaga) and started to develop real estate initiatives in the area. After various years of land management collaboration with the Real Estate Bilbao, La Quinta Real Estate emerged in 1992 with the aim to directly administrate the properties.
