Release of La Quinta Shares

La Quinta Golf & Country Club is delighted to announce the release of a limited number of primary shares in Kampinas SL as of the 1st of November, 2010.

A tranche of 25 shares will be released to existing full shareholders, introductory members and the general public.

The following offers are available for a limited period on the share price below;

1) Existing members will receive a discount of 50%; these shares

are limited to first line family only.

2) Existing introductory members who joined before the release

date of the 23rd of September 2010 will receive a 35% discount.

3) General public will receive a 25% discount.

On all share prices there will be no joining fee.

The prices of these primary shares are:

Individual Share: 20,000 € -25% 15,000 €

Family Share: 35,000 € -25% 26,250 €
